OPENING YOUR HOME:
Start your stay stress-free. We’ll prepare your home for your arrival by adjusting the thermostat, turning on your water and power, opening blinds, and ensuring everything is clean, fresh, and ready. Groceries, linens, and any special requests can be arranged so your home feels welcoming the moment you walk in.
CLOSING YOUR HOME:
When it’s time to leave, we’ll secure your property with care. Services include shutting off water, adjusting thermostat settings, unplugging appliances, securing doors & Windows, and ensuring all lights are off. We also check for trash removal, fridge clean-out, and any last minute details so you can leave with peace of mind knowing your home is well-cared for until your return.
